Needs legal review
This document is a working draft written to describe how this website behaves. It has not been reviewed by a qualified legal advisor and should not be published as final. Company registration details and any jurisdiction-specific wording still need to be confirmed.
Who this covers
This policy describes how Simplified OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, handles personal information collected through this website. Company registration details are to be confirmed before publication.
What we collect
The only personal information this website asks for is what you choose to enter into the contact form:
- Your name
- Your company, if you give one
- Your email address
- What you would like help with, your budget and your timeline
- The message you write
Our hosting provider may also process technical information such as your IP address and browser user agent as part of serving the site and protecting it from abuse. The hosting provider is to be named here before publication.
What we do not use
This website sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising trackers and does not build a profile of you. If analytics are added later, this section must be updated to name the provider and describe the legal basis.
Why we use it
We use the information in your enquiry for a single purpose: to read it and reply. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.
Legal basis
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, we rely on your consent when you submit the form, and on legitimate interests in responding to enquiries about our services. This wording is subject to legal review.
Where it goes
Enquiries are delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider, and are stored in our email account. The provider is to be named here before publication.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for the conversation they belong to, and delete them when they are not. A specific retention period should be set and stated here before publication.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to how we use it, or complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
Getting in touch
A contact address for privacy requests must be added here before publication.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
